GENERAL
When will I get my order?
Although subject-to-change, the current processing time is 5-10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) for normal (non-wholesale) orders before your item(s) will ship; however, we always strive to ship sooner than that.

Do you combine orders?
We can honor combining orders as long as the orders have not shipped yet. To request, email assist@plannerfluent.com
How can I find out about any sales you will be having?
Typically, we will have sales on special holidays/occasions and it will always be announced on our instagram @plannerfluent so be sure to follow.
Do you take any custom orders for any products?
If custom orders are available for any product, there will be a separate listing available for it AND the description in the listing will provide additonal context.
Do you offer different types of paper/material for your products?
If a different type of paper/material is offered for a particular product, it will always be listed as an option on the product page. If you do not see a paper/material option for the product then that means it is not available. If we do plan to offer a different paper/material for any products later on, we will always announce it on our instagram @plannerfluent first.

REFUNDS/CANCELLATIONS
What is your refund/cancellation policy?
We do not accept any refunds or cancellations. All sales are final. See our Refund Policy for additional context. However, if there is an issue with your order, please contact us at assist@plannerfluent.com.
